All apartments include a washer and dryer or washer and dryer hookups. A twelve month, six month or month to month lease is available.
We are a military friendly community and support our troops. Colonial Plaza is only a few miles away from the Tank Destroyer gate on Fort Hood and is walking distance to Halstead Elementary School. We strive to make your military relocation as easy as possible!
